- Do I have to pay anything to become a vendor on FigTrades.ca
- No, it’s absolutley FREE!
- How much does it cost for listing an item on FIgTrades.ca and how much commission do you charge when a sale is made?
- It costs $0 and there is no commission charged by FigTradesa.ca when you make a sale.
- Can I get paid directly by e-transfer or PayPal?
- Absolutely you can even make the exchange of the product in person and receive a cash payment.
- What if a buyer says they didn’t receive my package or says they didn’t get what they thought they were ordering? Can I ask for a refund?
- It’s always a good idea to ship with a tracking number to prove the package was delivered. Check with the carrier you are using to make sure they have insurance and that they cover live plants.
- Ask the vendor if they offer refunds before you purchase and make sure you have an agreement with them.
- Can I ask seller a question about the item?
- We encourage asking questions and being informed about what you are purchasing before you buy!
